After joining MuleSoft as the main Creative Director, I started to lay the foundation for a highly effective team to support the high growth Tech Startup. This included establishing a comprehensive design system, up-leveling the design quality of all projects, growing and structuring the team in a measured way, as well as providing creative consulting to stakeholders across the company.
We built out two design systems, including component libraries, templates for layout, presentations, and video, as well as specific image guidance to ensure DEI in our communications.

I guided the team with trust and transparency, to unlock their full potential to bring the MuleSoft brand to a new level.
