MuleSoft's CONNECT served as the main industry event to engage with the MuleSoft developer community, provide the vision and product roadmap, and fuel the pipeline.
Over the last three years the format of the event changed from six in-person events globally, to virtual only, and back to hybrid. Despite ever changing dates, requirements, and platforms, the team delivered under my leadership each time. We have been in charge of designing each step in the attendee journey, from pre-event comms and registrations, to on-site signage and way finding, to keynotes, the UX and UI of the streaming platform, to post-event comms and on-demand videos. We utilized the lates technology for virtual events, like a fully digital XR stage, interactive polling, or virtual spatial experiences.

After increasing the attendee numbers from 6k to 15k, the event was ultimately folded into the Salesforce WorldTour event in New York.
